Thank you for a great week, the cottage has been very comfortable and cosy with everything we need.  Despite the bad weather we haven’t struggled – thanks to the games barn and Russ and Rex who have kept our boys fully entertained!  Thanks for the farm tour, which we will always remember (and the scones too!)

Wonderful accommodation, clean and comfortable.  We had a few days but it was cosy indoors.
The views are to die for and we wish we were stopping longer, but i’m sure we will be back.  We will recommend the farm to our family and friends.
Thank you.

Such a lovely farm and cottage.  Thank you so much for a great week.  Weather had been up and down, but still managed to get our and do stuff!
We recommend the cycle route Exmouth – Topsham.  Fab!
Thank you for our farm tour, it brightened our rainy day.  So nice to know we are funding local farmers and not people’s holiday homes.
Also amazing to see new born calves at the bottom of the garden.
Thanks Judith & Julian

Thank you for a great week – what a fantastic spot!  The local roads were quite exciting at times but fortunately we didn’t have to reverse too often!  We were blessed with lovely sunny weather and had a great time at Beer and Lyme Regis.  The games barn is fantastic and the children loved the sand pit.  The cottage is fab – very comfortable.  The highlight was the farm tour, very interesting and fun and just lovely seeing all the animals up close especially the calves.  The welcome of the scones and clotted cream was magic.
Hope to back soon.

28th – 4th August 12
Thank you for our comfortable stay, we have enjoyed the dogs playing with us.  We have been to the coast and got to watch the Red Arrows at Lyme Regis! We also went body boarding which was very fun!  There are some great views around here, especially in the garden!  We have enjoyed playing in the games barn, I am now getting better at table tennis!  Unfortunately we did not get the farm tour but I am sure it is good because most people have mentioned it!  We have seen lots of buzzards and a Peregrine Falcon on our coastal walks.  We all hope to come again.

Thank you for a great stay at The Leat House.  We had really nice neiboughrs and all of the farm team for being there whenever or wherever we needed them you were so helpful.  The farm tour was brilliant the Martin family enjoyed it so much.  Julian was so interactive.  We loved crabbing at Lyme Regis and Beer is a lovely historic town and the cruise was great in Sidmouth.  We made a great friend Todd who helped on the farm who’s 12 he was so helpful.  Will definitely come back again!

We have absolutely LOVED our week at Farwood Barton......the best accommodation we have ever stayed in.....so clean and warm and homely.  We’ve really enjoyed the games room and have played tennis every day (mostly in gloriously sunshine!)
The farm tour was a really highlight and we’d like to thank Julian and his family for such an inspirational journey around their farm.
Last, but not least, we’re going to miss Rex, Russ, Splodge and Trixie who have kept the girls entertained all week.
We really hope to be back one day and will whole-heartedly recommend to all!

You can’t beat this.  The accommodation is superb, Judith and Julian have thought of just about everything.  Set in a wonderful location on a well looked after farm the scenery was for us home from home we recommend the ‘Cobblers’ restaurant at Colyton where we had a lovely meal on our last night.  We would certainly love to stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to tell everyone we know how excellent it all is.
